We are just about set up in our new house. As I said before we still have a bit of de-junking to do. School ended so quickly that I didn't really have time to go through everything. I needed some separation from it. After having to move it all 4 times now (load it up at school, unload it at home, load it up at home, unload it at new home) I have all of the separation I need! I am ready to get rid of a lot of it.
Other than that we are pretty well set up. Here are a few pictures of what it looks like.
I love the recessed lighting
The open floor plan is great! You can see the living room and dining room from the kitchen. It lets so much light in.
Our master bathroom was just redone and it looks great
We still have a few boxes in the bedroom with clothes we are going to take care of today so you only get a bed shot.
Here is Benjamin's room. It is filled with my school stuff (that I will be going through this week!!!!) and all of the things I have collected for him. Someday in the next four months this room will look a lot different. I can't wait to get started on it. It is going to be a beach/surfer theme.
These pictures make the house look smaller than it actually is. We love it here and are excited about the move and all of the changes that came with it.

Moving is a lot of work, but you seem so happy and ready for a little change. Good luck with all the de-junking and organizing. Getting a baby's room ready is so fun! I bet it will be so cute. I wanted to do a beach/surf theme, but went with sports instead. But since you're in CA, it will be even cuter!
We cant wait to see the pictures of the room when it is ready. I hope he enjoys it all.....

I like your new place. We'll be moving soon as well, so I'm in the packing stages. We are just moving to a bigger apartment. We can use more space specially now that Cora is walking.
Looks like a nice home. It'll be nice to have to some time to settle in before the baby comes.

The bathroom is fabulous! I love it. I'm glad you made it safe and sound. I wanna see another belly bump pic though! Did you take any pics of the outside of the house? What about the neighborhood?
