If you live in CA, you really need to call up your local "First 5" and see what classes they offer. I just took their infant massage class and it was great. I'm hoping to take their next baby sign language class. All of the classes and activities are totally free. Thanks to all the smokers in CA, they pay for it with an extra tax that was added on to their cigarettes.

That's awesome! I have to find the classes here in UT. Some girl I met did the massage class and said it helped her baby sleep really well at night. Let me know how things turn out!

I am so proud of you for taking an Infant massage class, massage is a wonderful thing for you and your children. Even though I was not very good at doing it regularly with Samantha or Lyla when they were very young, Samantha is so aware of what I can do and loves to get massage now. It is a time for us to talk, it is a time to teach appropriate and inappropriate touch, it is a time to love and carress and it is a time to help growing pains, can you believe my 5 year old has growing pains! I love massage!
