Prop 8

Tom and I have been working hard to get the word out in our community to vote Yes on Proposition 8. We have spent two nights a week for the last two weeks waving signs with other supporters of this proposition.
It is so amazing to me the amount of positive feed back. It brings me so much hope that our society still has strong morals and values and are willing to stand up for them.

I have made a lot of phone calls and was also happy about the positive feedback! Good for you, many wouldn't do that when they are pregnant . . .39 Weeks!

You don't know me, but I went to BYUH also, graduating 2003 in TESOL Education. Thanks for working so hard for proposition 8 and making it successful. President Hinckley came to BYUH in early 2000 and recounted with such pride a young mother standing with signs in Hawaii fully pregnant with a young child working for a proposition I guess similar to proposition 8. He was so proud of her commitment to doing the right thing, and I am sure he would have been happy to share his pride for you if he was still with us.
