Practice Makes Perfect!

I just killed 3 birds with one stone.

1. I helped a friend

2. I practiced being a mommy (although it still feels more like being an auntie)

3. I practiced taking pictures

One of my friends just had a baby last week and I so I volunteered to watch her other two kids so she could get some rest. I love her kids!!! We always have so much fun together.

Tom and I decided that for my birthday we are going to get a new camera for when Benjamin comes. Although I don't have it yet, I figured that if I can figure out how to take good pictures with my crummy camera I will take really good ones with a nicer one. So the kids and I went off on a nature walk to take some pictures. I got a few good ones but I have a long way to go before I can call myself a photographer.
