Who knew that Kevin Costner grew up in Ventura!!??!!

To promote his new movie "Swing Vote" he came back to his hometown and did a concert with his band called "Modern West." We all gathered in the streets where there was standing room only. It was a lot of fun and they actually are pretty good. Unfortunately because of the long hike from the car, the tight crowd, and my prego belly, we couldn't stay till all hours of the night. I guess that is part of getting old. Although come to think of it we were some of the youngest people in the crowd. Man are we wimps or what!
