We went to the pumpkin patch this year just for the pictures. I'm pretty picky about my patches. I really like it to be the kind where you can tell they grew on the vine. I don't want it to have a bunch of blow-up bouncy castles. I just want a patch and possibly a hay ride (that isn't $10 a person). 
So we went to Tanaka Farms out in Irvine this year. Too bad it was like 95 degrees outside and i had planned for all of us to wear sweaters. My poor little guys with their pink cheeks. I always want to get "that perfect shot" and sometimes it takes a little long to get it. Poor Tom! Hang in there Honey, I will get better soon :0)After all the travel, sweating, and arguing I'm not all that happy with how the pictures turned out. Oh well maybe next year.
I asked Ben to sit on a pumpkin so I could take a picture of him. So he picked up the biggest one he could find and started carrying it away. I started yelling at him and told him to come back, when he set the pumpkin in the middle of the road and sat on it and posed for his picture. Apparently he thought that would make a more interesting picture. He was right. Good job Ben. Wish there were a few pumpkins behind ya though. Sorry I yelled at you :0)
Sam was so excited to be there. He was a newborn last year. He loved touching the pumpkins and finding things to pick up on the ground. 
While I was working at the computer the other day I heard Ben say
I turned around and found him with one hand behind his back. And his other hand stretched out to show me that it was empty. Before I could say anything to him he said,
And he showed me my tape measure he pulled out of my craft supplies. Oh Ben you are one funny guy.... and you know your mom so well.
As most of you know I usually update my blog at least once a week. So for me to go a whole month without updating you would have to know that something is up. Well you right. Life has been a little crazy around our house the last few months.
This is an ultra sound of what should be baby #3 but instead it is just an empty yoke sack :0(
Yep, miscarriage number 2. The same thing happened with the first miscarriage. It actually hasn't happened yet but it will any day. Bummer!!!!!! Better luck next time I guess.
Yep that's right we live in Southern California and get to go to the beach in October. It was an absolutely beautiful day. This is the beach Randy is thinking about getting married on so I thought I would scope it out one more time for them. I really love this beach it is so beautiful, not very crowded (that could have to do with the fact that it is Oct.) and there are awesome tide pools to play in.
This week at Tot Lot was color week. I tried to reinforce the color of the day at home as well as at school. It was fun dressing all three of us in the color of the day.
