I love caramel apples! It was so fun to introduce Ben and Sam to them this year. I tried to let Ben help as much as he could but as most of my kid cooking projects go it ended in frustration. Every time he would peel the wrapper of a caramel for me I would tell him to put it in the pot but instead he would just stick it in his mouth. I think he had a great time with it though.
