Benjamin has always had dry skin so I had finally had enough and called his pediatrician to see how I could fix it. They recommended Aveeno Baby Lotion. As you can see Benjamin's skin didn't like it one bit. It has now been a week and the bright red dots are gone but you can still feel little bumps. From now on we are going to have to check any kind of lotion on a little patch of skin first. Poor little guy :0(

Aww, poor little man. At least it was only a reaction to lotion!! I hope it didn't bother him too much.
poor baby... thats the only lotion Jackson doesnt react to...
My kids (and myself) tend to have sensitive skin, too, although they've never had a reaction like that to lotion. Poor thing! I have always used Dove soap for all of the kids and myself. It seems to be more gentle than traditional baby wash. I hope you find something that works well for him! :o)
Poor little guy! I have excema and it is no fun. Hope you find something that works for your little guy.
Poor little dude. Funny enough, aveeno is the only lotion we can use on our kid. Have you tried Eucerin? Good luck on the hunt finding something that leaves him bump free.
Lyla has sensitive skin too, and she had a reaction to some Johnson and Johnson stuff. I used a product called Skin Food, and she was reaction free. I don't know where you could find it however, because it is a product we use at our spa. To be honest, I have found that dry skin is better than rashy skin, and they usually grow out of the dry skin phase pretty quickly.
awww.. poor thing. Tyson could only use Aveen baby wash and lotion.. guess it doesn't work on all babies!!
Jocelynn skin never liked Aveeno anything. I've always used the pink JOhnson, the one in the picture. I have to wash her clothes in Tide with no perfumes or dyes also. Poor baby, it looks uncomfortable.
Oooh. That doesn't look fun. Poor little guy! My doc recommended Eucerin too. I love it. Good Luck!
