I finally did it!


I have wanted to join a gym for about 3 years now. The closer I got to my due date the more I realized that my body wasn't in shape for the delivery or recovery. I needed something that would be low impact yet still give me a great workout.

So I signed up for 24 Hour Fitness and I am now going to the water aerobics class 3 times a week. I love it and I am already starting to notice a difference.

Hooray for being fit!!!!

Swimming is the greatest thing ever when you're prego. It takes away every ache and pain of pregnancy for a little while and makes you feel weightless...a very welcome feeling during pregnancy.

You look darling. You're so skinny.

Good for you, Violet! I know that exercising consistently throughout my pregnancy has helped me sooo much. After only 2 weeks, I am only 5 pounds away from my prepregnancy weight and I can already fit into most of my clothes, and this is my fourth baby! Good genetics help, as well!
